Our mission is to challenge the status quo, shift power dynamics, and localise – all in pursuit of institutionalising young feminist leadership.

The Young Feminist Caucus (YFC) is a global, diverse, inclusive, and intersectional Caucus of young feminists and youth-led organizations, networks, movements, and collectives working on advancing young feminist leadership, human rights, and gender equality. The YFC convenes, advocates and fosters the meaningful engagement, organizing, and capacity building of young feminists across UN multilateral and intergovernmental spaces.
The YFC is governed by a regionally representative group of youth-led organizations and powered by a membership of young feminists from across the world. It is anchored by principles of meaningful youth engagement as stipulated in the Young Feminist Manifesto and youth led accountability principles.
The YFC is a space for young feminists to collectively organize, strategize, synergise, exchange knowledge, and mobilize together to build a stronger multilateral world including the UN system-wide movement on centring gender equality and the meaningful engagement of young people, especially young women, girls, gender diverse youth and adolescents, and young people facing multiple and intersecting forms of discrimination, marginalization, and violence.
